Dr Tasha Malcolm, MBChB, MRCGP

Tasha is a GP with a special interest in Mental Health and lived experience of social anxiety. She has extensive experience supporting people with social anxiety, complex psychosocial needs and other mental health difficulties across primary and secure care settings. She aims to share the knowledge and tools she wished she’d had during her own social anxiety struggles. Her mission is simple: to help people with social anxiety feel safe being themselves and develop lasting confidence that will transform their lives.

Sophia Spencer, BABCP Accredited Psychotherapist, Coach & Confidence Specialist

Sophia Spencer is a specialist social anxiety therapist, with experience including senior NHS roles supervising and training clinicians. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Low-Intensity Interventions (both BABCP-accredited), an MSc in Psychological Sciences (Distinction, BPS-accredited) from UCL, and additional training in EMDR, ACT and CFT. Her work is rooted in a lifelong understanding of identity, belonging, and social anxiety – experiences that shaped her commitment to helping others build confidence and inner safety.
