Tom founded WalkTheTalk to provide people with social anxiety the opportunity to practise conversation and share wisdom in a safe online peer group environment.

Tom is an experienced social anxiety peer group facilitator and the group already has over 1,800 members.

Attendees receive support and encouragement to face their fears ‘in the real world’.

Alongside the online group sessions, there is a self-help guide that uses some of the work of the OxCADAT cognitive therapy research group for social anxiety disorder.

Groups currently meet online – see www.walkthetalk.org.uk/join or www.meetup.com/walk-the-talk.

The website and self help guide are at www.walkthetalk.org.uk

Anyone wishing to become one of the facilitators for such a group should make contact with Tom at www.walkthetalk.co.uk.

The cost is currently free.
